Client: HPCL Project- Composite works for OSTT-SS jetty Sub-Sea Pipeline laying Project at Visakhapatnam RSPL & Great Waters Maritime LLC in consortium with OCS Singapore has been awarded a project by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). HPCL operates a major refinery in Visakhapatnam, (East Coast of India) with a capacity of 8.3 MMTPA of petroleum products. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited – Visakh Vijayawada Secunderabad Pipeline (HPCLVVSPL) is proposing to lay a new pipeline to connect the Off Shore Tanker Terminal (OSTT) jetty to an existing 24” Dia High Speed Diesel (HSD) Line off Sunken Ship Jetty (SS Jetty) for receiving petroleum products through Ocean tankers directly at the OSTT Jetty.

Current Project Scope Of Work

• Pre-installation and post installation Survey
• 24” Pipelay – Approx. 700 m offshore and Approx. 300 m onshore
• Subsea Spool
• Riser and riser clamps
• Pipelay on OSTT Jetty
• Pig launcher / receiver
• Electrical and instrumentation works
• Installation of OFC from OSTT to SS Jetty, piggy backed
• Trenching and back filling at offshore and near shore area
• Civil works at OSTT Jetty
• Pre-commissioning of pipeline facility
• Re-installation of stringing yard / access road etc.
